AFFORDABLE & FUN
Here at HDR, owning a racehorse can be more affordable than you would think! If you would like to own a horse yourself or join a group or syndicate, we have a package to cater for everyone’s needs!

Here at HDR we run a very open house and welcome everyone to come and see our fantastic set up and happy horses.
If you already own a horse or share, are thinking about joining us as an owner or just have a keen interest in the sport and want to see and learn more, we will be delighted to welcome you for a morning on the gallops!

BECOME AN OWNER
At HDR we run regular coffee mornings, come and see the horses, meet other owners and enjoy a fun morning out. As well as sponsored race days at local tracks.
The owner packages you can choose from are:
- Sole Ownership
- Partnerships - up to 10 people
- Syndicates - up to 20 people
- Robin's Racing Club
SOLE OWNERSHIP
Owning 100% of a horse as an individual; this is obviously the most personal ownership experience.
We offer packages so you always know what the cost is and have no surprise bills! Monthly training fees are variable dependent on the horses level or work (usually lower in the summer when the jumps horses are on holiday) and all training fees are VAT reclaimable.
Sole owners have the benefit of being closely involved in the horses’ race planning and training. Each individual owner gets 6 Raceday badges including lunch to bring along family and friends.
Partnerships - up to 10 people
Partnerships can consist of up to 10 people, this is a great way to get a group of friends together to enjoy owning a racehorse and split the costs.
It makes for a great fun day out at the races when sharing the experience with friends. Partnerships get 10 Race day badges including lunch so everyone involved can come and enjoy a day at the races watching their horse.
Syndicates - up to 20 people
Here at HDR we run several syndicates of up to 20 people.
The syndicates are run via Whatsapp and the groups receive regular video updates plus guaranteed owners and trainers badges on race days (syndicate badges don’t always have lunch included depending on numbers attending).
Robin's Racing Club
An affordable monthly subscription gets you a loaned share in 3 horses racing.
The club can have up to 50 people in it and is run via Whatsapp by Robin Dickin. Robin posts regular updates on all things HDR which are informative and amusing!
The club is a real community and allows racing fans to have that ownership experience at a fraction of the cost!
All prize money is reinvested into the club to secure the next horse when one may have to retire. We usually manage to get all club members who want to go racing a ticket but if there is a large attendance there may be a ballot for tickets.
ENJOY OWNER EVENTS
At HDR we run regular coffee mornings and try to always organise a celebration after a winner!
Come and see the horses, meet other owners and enjoy a fun morning out as well as sponsored race days at local tracks.
All owners receive regular video updates of the horses galloping, jumping or simply relaxing in the stables, including future race plans and general updates on how training is progressing.

Harriet and everyone at HDR are a pleasure to work with. They really understand horses and how to develop them and crucially put horse care first. Everything is taken care of
